The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit against the Secretary of State of Dagestan Magomedov.

The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation has filed a civil lawsuit against the Secretary of State of Dagestan, Magomed-Sultan Magomedov, in the Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala. This was reported on June 25 in the materials of the court file.

It is specified that the lawsuit itself was filed in court on June 23, on Monday. In addition to the Secretary of State, Galimat Magomedsultanovna Ismailova, Marzhanat Batyrovna Ismailova, Magomedov Magomed Magomed-Sultanovich and Magomedova Savdat Magomedsultanovna Magomedova, as well as two organizations, LLC "SME Holding" and LLC "Trans Tech", were appointed defendants in the case.

The court's materials specify that the preparation of the case (interview) is scheduled for July 10.

Magomedov allegedly exported them abroad at a zero VAT rate with a loss of 2 billion rubles for the budget.

On June 25, a source from Izvestia reported that law enforcement officers were conducting searches at Magomedov's house. According to preliminary information, they are also being conducted at 50 addresses of his relatives.

On the same day, the administration of the head of the region, Sergei Melikov, confirmed that investigative measures were being carried out against the official.
