In the Lena region of Yakutia, a verdict was passed in a criminal case on the acquisition, storage for the sale and sale of unmarked alcohol. This was announced on Thursday, June 26, by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
"The court found that the man, being an entrepreneur, purchased unmarked alcoholic beverages in the amount of more than 17.3 thousand bottles worth over 4.6 million rubles, which he stored and sold in one of the Lensk stores," the department said in a Telegram channel.
The court sentenced the man to a year of probation with probation for a year upon purchase, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale or sale of goods and products without labeling (paragraph "b" of Part 6 of Article 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
