Earlier, the media reported that a number of girls had contacted law enforcement agencies with allegations of harassment from unknown people in the very center of Moscow.

On June 25, a criminal case was opened against blogger Alex Leslie for inciting to rape. According to the investigation, Kirillov persuaded his followers to commit illegal sexual acts.
