The Russian Aerospace Forces hit the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the DPR

The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have hit a fortified area of one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation publishes footage of combat work on June 25.

It is specified that the object was hit near the settlement of Popov Yar. The Russian Air Force launched a series of air strikes with precision weapons.

"The effectiveness of the combat work of the Russian Aerospace Forces aviation crews has been confirmed by intelligence units and means of objective monitoring in real time," the ministry said in a statement.

Fortifications, firing positions, posts and temporary deployment points of the Armed Forces personnel, as well as ammunition and materiel storage points and several vehicles were destroyed.

To do this, the drones had to break through the electronic jamming zones.

Earlier that day, servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation destroyed an oil depot that supplied fuel to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass. The P-18 radar station, an anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) launcher and Ukrainian militant deployment points were also eliminated in the special operation zone.
