The Taigan Park reported an improvement in the well-being of the injured director
Oleg Zubkov, director of the Taigan Safari Park in Crimea, who was injured in a lion attack, is feeling much better. This was announced on June 25 by the organization's press secretary, Tatiana Aleksagina.
She noted that the director had few injuries inflicted by Lev. According to her, if not for the skill of the doctors, some of the injuries could have been more serious.
"Oleg Alekseevich, in general, has already asked in a message to bring him both a phone and a tablet, and, therefore, two linen suits, and told him which shoes, <...> wrote that he feels much better," she said in a video message posted on the Telegram channel.
According to her, the director of Taigan is already giving written orders on the work.
Lev attacked Zubkov on the afternoon of June 22, inflicting multiple wounds on the man. Zubkov was later operated on, and his condition was stabilized. A criminal case has been opened into the attack under Article 143 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of labor protection requirements resulting in serious harm to human health").
The next day, Aleksagina said that the director of the park had attracted Lev's attention by the sharp sound of the door closing. Later, she shared that Zubkov's rescue was facilitated by one of the visitors who came to the rescue.
