A crane overturned on a highway in Sergiev Posad city district. The driver of the vehicle was injured. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region on Wednesday, June 25.

The ministry clarified that the accident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. on 11 km of the Mostovik –Sosnino–Palkino highway.

"According to preliminary information, a man born in 1997, driving a crane, incorrectly chose the speed of movement and did not take into account the meteorological conditions on the road, as a result of which he allowed the vehicle to roll over. The driver was taken to a medical facility with injuries," the press service told the Moscow City News agency.

Currently, traffic police are establishing all the circumstances of the accident.
