Train traffic across the English Channel has been disrupted due to cable theft and the death of two people on the railway tracks. This was reported on June 25 by the BBC television channel, citing data from the Eurostar railway operator.

Eurostar passengers are facing severe flight delays for the second day after two people died on train tracks in France, and then cables were stolen, the newspaper writes.

According to the operator, a number of train services have been cancelled or postponed on routes serving London, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam.

The Indian Express newspaper reported on June 9 that at least six people were killed and as many injured when they fell from a moving train in the Indian state of Maharashtra. According to the newspaper, the train was crowded, and people were in the doors of the cars.
