Galstanyan, leader of the opposition "Holy Struggle" party, was detained in Armenia.

Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the opposition "Holy Struggle" party, was detained in Armenia. This was announced by Armenpress on June 25.
"Nothing—neither arrest, nor desire —can lead us astray. Evil, listen carefully. I do not know what you want to do, but you have very little time left, wait, we will come," he said before he was taken away.
According to the lawyer of the detainee Sergey Harutyunyan, according to the court's decision, law enforcement agencies searched Galstanyan's house, after which he was detained and taken to the Investigative Committee (IC) of the state.
Earlier in the day, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the country's law enforcement agencies had managed to prevent a large-scale plan to seize power. The Investigative Committee of the state accused Galstanyan and his supporters of terrorism with the aim of seizing power.
