Russian cities with the largest share of century-old housing are named

In addition, housing in the Northern Capital often requires major repairs, especially if it belongs to the economy segment.

Moscow is in second place in terms of the share of historical apartments (8.9%). It has the highest price tag for pre-revolutionary apartments, as well as for housing in Soviet houses in the early 1920s — 690 thousand rubles. In Moscow, the supply of such apartments is mainly concentrated in the premium class segment, they are located in the central districts of the city, within the Garden Ring (Khamovniki, Zamoskvorechye, Yakimanka, Kitay-Gorod) and have expensive finishes.

Rostov-on-Don closes the top three cities in terms of the share of historic apartments (4.5%). The cost of 1 sq. m here is about 109 thousand rubles.

Three Crimean cities also entered the top 10: Yalta (2.6%), Feodosia (2.1%) and Simferopol (1.3%). The highest cost of the "meter" among them was recorded in Yalta — 224 thousand rubles.

The cities of the Russian south were also in the top ten — Krasnodar (1.8%), Astrakhan (1.3%) and Pyatigorsk (0.8%). Kostroma also entered the top with an indicator of 1% and a cost of sq.m. m is about 78 thousand rubles.
