Law enforcement officers are conducting searches in the house of Dagestan's Secretary of State Magomed-Sultan Magomedov. This was announced on June 25 by a source of Izvestia.

Also, according to preliminary information, searches are simultaneously taking place at 50 addresses of Magomedov's relatives. The reasons are still unknown.

Magomedov has been the Secretary of State of the Republic of Dagestan since 2021. In addition, he is the founder of the Anzhi football club.

On May 22, a source from Izvestia reported that searches had taken place in the house and office of the former vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Nesterenko. He was detained on suspicion of abuse of office.
