NBC reported on the shortage of some types of weapons and ammunition in the IDF

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) is running out of some key weapons, as well as ammunition. This was announced by NBC on Wednesday, June 25.

Israel is particularly short of ammunition, according to two U.S. officials.

"The shortage occurred amid tensions between [US President Donald] Trump and [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu over the former's attempts to achieve a cease-fire after 12 days of strikes between Israel and Iran," the material says.

The decisive role was played by the superiority of Tehran's opponents in the air, experts believe.

Earlier, on June 24, Netanyahu announced the destruction of Iran's nuclear project. The Prime Minister added that Israel will continue its efforts to eliminate the Palestinian radical movement Hamas and free all hostages.
