Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian government to prepare proposals to improve the effectiveness of measures aimed at employing people with disabilities. The corresponding instruction is contained in the list of instructions of the head of state following a meeting with members of the all-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya, published on the Kremlin's website.
