Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law according to which the deadline for payment for housing and communal services (HCS) is postponed from the 10th to the 15th of each month. The document was posted on June 24 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The law also postpones the deadline for submitting payment documents-receipts from the 1st to the 5th day of the month.
