The Supreme Court of Russia has recognized the pseudo-religious movement "AllatRa", created in Ukraine, as an extremist organization and banned its activities. This was reported on June 24 by the Izvestia correspondent from the courtroom.

The lawsuit was filed by Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov in May. The court found that the ideologists of the movement were forcing Russian citizens to commit extremist crimes.

In August 2023, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office had already declared AllatRa's activities undesirable. At the same time, the movement was entered into the relevant register.

According to the supervisory authority, AllatRa is a pseudo-religious movement that operates in Russia and a number of other countries, disguising itself as an alleged missionary activity in the absence of the status of a religious organization. In fact, the participants receive instructions from their Ukrainian supervisors about the need to establish contacts with representatives of the opposition forces and conduct unified coordinated actions to discredit the policies of federal and regional authorities.

Earlier, on January 10, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the detention of seven members of this organization in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. A criminal case has been opened against all of them. According to investigators, the suspects posted information about the organization's activities in a messenger, attracted new participants and regularly organized meetings.
