The Armenian and Soviet actor, People's Artist of Armenia Guzh Manukyan died at the age of 88. This was reported on June 24 by the Armenia Today Telegram channel with reference to the Union of Theatrical Figures of Armenia.
The cause of the artist's death is not specified.
Manukye was born in 1937 in Leninakan (now Gyumri), and graduated from the acting department of the Yerevan Art and Theater Institute in 1958.
