As a result of the Israeli attack on Iran, Sardar Alireza Lotfi, deputy head of the Faraj intelligence organization, was killed. This was reported by the Fars news agency on June 24.

"Sardar Alireza Lotfi, the deputy head of the Faraj intelligence organization, was killed yesterday (June 23. — Ed.) as a result of an attack by the Zionist regime," the Telegram channel says.

Earlier in the day, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported the death of the commander of the Iranian intelligence and security unit of the Basij forces, General Mohammad Taqi Yousefvand, during an Israeli attack.

On June 15, the IRGC announced the deaths of seven IRGC Military Space Force (VKS) commanders during Israeli attacks. Mahmoud Bagheri, Dawood Sheikhian, Mohammad Bagher Taherpour, Mansour Safarpour, Masoud Tayyeb, Khosrow Hasani and Javad Joursara were named among the dead.

On the same day, Tasnim news agency reported that 10 IRGC soldiers were killed as a result of Israeli attacks on the Iranian province of Yazd.
