The SBU conducted searches in the monastery of the UOC in western Ukraine

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted searches at the Koretsky Holy Trinity Convent of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in the Rivne region. Information about this was published on the official website of the Union of Orthodox Journalists on June 24.
"SBU officers have been conducting operational activities in the monastery for several hours," the article says.
It is noted that the details of the investigative actions have not yet been disclosed. The authors of the publication noted that the searches in the Koretsky monastery are not the first time.
On June 19, the Ukrainian TV channel First Cossack, citing sources, reported that in the Dnipropetrovsk region, employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) abducted a priest of the canonical UOC. It is specified that the priest was subsequently sent to the military medical commission.
