On June 24, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, proposed expanding the network of rehabilitation centers for participants in a special military operation (SVO).

"Their (rehabilitation centers. — Ed.) not enough. The government, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Social Development see this problem and are working on it, but we really wanted to take it under special control," Moskalkova said.
