A man detained for assaulting a child in Sheremetyevo was found to have drugs

Drugs were found during a search of a man detained for assaulting a child at Sheremetyevo Airport. This was reported on June 24 in the press service of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region.

Earlier that day, a criminal case was opened into the attempted murder of a two-year-old child. According to the investigation, the man, being in the arrivals area of the airport in a state of drug intoxication, grabbed the child and violently threw him to the floor. The boy was hospitalized in a medical facility for assistance.
