According to the Foreign Minister, even under the condition of "deep differences" between Moscow and Washington, the Russian side agreed to a bilateral dialogue without preliminary requirements, as well as "without propaganda and politicization."

"This process, of course, is not easy on the world stage, within the framework of which this dialogue is developing, and it is not fast," he said.

Lavrov also expressed confidence that with mutual perseverance and the responsibility of states for the fate of the world, dialogue between countries can benefit the whole of humanity.
