Chery launches sales of Tiggo L7 with all-wheel drive in Russia

Sales of the Chery Tiggo 7L crossover in a new modification with all-wheel drive have started in Russia, according to a statement from the brand's representative office, which was received by Izvestia on June 24. In the basic version, such a crossover costs from 2.88 million rubles, in the average — from 3.08 million rubles, and in the maximum — from 3.23 million rubles.
The all-wheel drive version of the Tiggo 7L has the same powertrain as the front-wheel drive, which went on sale in April (2.78-3.1 million rubles). This is a 1.6-liter gasoline turbo engine, paired with a 7-speed robotic gearbox.
The all-wheel drive system has six driving modes (eco, comfort, sport, snow, dirt, 4x4), and also allows you to overcome climbs with a maximum gradient of 45%.
The engine power is 150 hp (275 Nm), acceleration to "hundreds" takes 9.8 seconds. The use of Ai-92 grade fuel is allowed; in a mixed cycle, the average fuel consumption does not exceed 7.9 liters/100 km. The only thing that distinguishes the all—wheel drive version from the front-wheel drive in the list of options are the 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels and red calipers.
The L7 modification differs in size from the usual Tiggo of the seventh series. The body of the new product is 40 mm longer than that of the Tiggo 7 Pro Max. The length of the car is 4553 mm, the rest of the parameters remained the same, as well as the wheelbase (2670 mm).
The day before, it was reported that the Chery Tiggo 7L crossover entered the top ten bestsellers in the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) in Russia for the first time.
