The media reported a weakening of NATO's military support for Ukraine

The escalation of the Iran-Israel conflict and the US decision to join the attacks have led to a weakening of NATO's military support for Ukraine. This was reported by the Politico newspaper on June 23.
"The leaders of the alliance, in an effort to avoid a break with US President Donald Trump, have for several weeks sought to focus more on increasing the alliance's spending commitments rather than on Kiev's plight or its future in the group," the newspaper reported.
According to Politico, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that the alliance does not deny Ukraine its support and expects Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the upcoming NATO summit. Zelensky himself intends to take part in the summit, but his presence has not yet been confirmed.
Earlier, on June 22, it was reported about the impact of the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities on Ukraine's policy. U.S. intervention in the conflict in the Middle East may reduce the prospects for any American aid, as well as contribute to the development of the Russian economy due to rising oil prices.
