Military personnel of the Zapad group destroyed a field ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

An artillery unit of the 1st Tank Army of the Zapad group of forces destroyed a field ammunition depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with a D-30 artillery piece. This was announced on June 24 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that Russian military personnel of the reconnaissance unit using aerial reconnaissance equipment discovered an ammunition depot in the forest belt and sent the coordinates of the target to the artillery unit.

As a result of the precise strike, the target was hit. Objective monitoring footage allowed to verify the destruction of the enemy's ammunition depot and detonation, the ministry added.
