In Kamchatka, a woman illegally registered more than 100 foreigners


In Kamchatka, law enforcement officers revealed the fact of fictitious registration of 102 foreign citizens by a local resident. This was announced on June 24 by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region in the Telegram channel.
"A 38-year-old resident of Petropavlovsk—Kamchatsky, who was repeatedly convicted of a similar crime in 2023, carried out a fictitious migration registration at 102 foreign citizens at her place of registration on Pogranichnaya Street from March 15 to May 5, 2025," the department said.
It is clarified that a criminal case was initiated against the defendant on the grounds of a crime under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of residence in the Russian Federation"). The maximum penalty under the article is up to five years in prison.
Currently, the defendant has been given a preventive measure in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
On June 11, police officers detained a woman in Irkutsk suspected of organizing a channel for illegal migrants to illegally enter and stay in Russia. A resident of Irkutsk involved her roommate in a criminal scheme, for whom she signed title documents. She estimated the cost of illegal services from 1 to 7 thousand rubles.
