"Aerobic workouts 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes create a calorie deficit. A diet with a deficit of 10-25% of the daily value preserves the balance of nutrients," Rogozhkina recommended.
Also, for weight loss, it is worth eliminating sweets, white bread, fast food and fatty dishes from the diet. At the same time, it is worth including fruits, vegetables, lean meat, lemon juice or yogurt, and sugar-free tea in the diet.
"Portion control and slow chewing reduce the calorie content of the diet. Activity — walking, playing games, playing sports at the hotel — helps burn calories," the specialist added.
However, with this method of weight loss, a person may lose vitamins. In this case, expert Gurov advises not to experiment with the consumption of drugs for weight loss and seek medical advice.
"Drugs that promise rapid weight loss can cause side effects in the direction of the cardiovascular system...> gastrointestinal tract <...> can cause a decrease in blood sugar levels, and with prolonged use, dependence on the drug may occur," said Gurov.
The expert believes that vitamins B, C and D are especially important during weight loss. It is also worth monitoring the iron level.
