Qatar has opened its airspace

Qatar's airspace has been reopened for flights. This was announced on June 24 by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Qatar in the social network X.

"The General Directorate of Civil Aviation announces the resumption of air traffic in the airspace of the state of Qatar and the return of the atmosphere to normal after taking the necessary measures in coordination with the relevant authorities," the statement said.

The Civil Aviation Authority also thanked the partners for their cooperation and other government agencies for ensuring flight safety in Qatar's airspace.

Earlier in the day, Qatar closed its airspace in connection with Iran's subsequent attack on US bases. In addition to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait have closed their airspace.
