The mother of Alexander Arkhipov, the director of the Olympic Reserve College, who was shot dead in the Tula region, confirmed that he and his lawyer Evgeny Aksenov were shot dead in a car. She told Izvestia about this on June 23.
"It was confirmed, yes, that they were shot in the car," the woman said.
According to her, the victims were alive for some time after the attack, but they could not be saved.
The day before his death, Arkhipov called his mother, "talked calmly, everything was fine," she said. At the same time, the director's wife noted her husband's sad mood when leaving for work.
It is known that the dead were friends, but Arkhipov did not even tell his mother about the details.
On June 23, a double murder occurred in the Tula region, where Alexander Arkhipov, director of the Olympic Reserve College, and his lawyer Evgeny Aksenov were shot dead. According to the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tula region, a criminal case has now been opened on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder of two people").
