The Israeli Air Force has completed a series of strikes on underground military infrastructure in western Iran. This was announced on Monday, June 23, by the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The infrastructure was used to store missiles and launchers.

"Over the past few hours, Israeli Air Force fighter jets, guided by accurate IDF intelligence data, have carried out a number of strikes against targets in western Iran, including the underground military infrastructure used by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to store missiles and rocket launchers," the IDF said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

They added that earlier in the day, the Air Force managed to destroy a rocket launcher intended for use against Israeli aircraft.

On the same day, it was reported about Israel's desire to end the conflict with Iran. It clarifies that Israel is leaning towards such a decision, since the US strikes on the Iranian uranium enrichment facility at Fordo are expected to "cause significant damage."
