Two sites in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki will be reorganized according to the KRT program

In the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district in Moscow, two plots with a total area of 4.04 hectares were included in the Integrated Territorial Development Project (CDT). This was announced on Monday, June 23, by the Department of Urban Planning Policy.

It is planned to build 42.8 thousand square meters of housing with modern entrances, elevators, storage rooms for strollers and bicycles, as well as rooms for concierges. The ground floors will house retail, catering and service facilities, which will create over 100 jobs, according to the Moscow City News Agency.

Children's and sports grounds will also be equipped, the territory will be landscaped and the road network will be updated. Now there are abandoned warehouses, garages and outdated buildings on the site, the website writes. kp.ru .

Nearby, on a neighboring plot of 1.11 hectares, it is also planned to build 45 thousand square meters of housing, writes RT.
