The Congress of the Travel Industry will bring together experts from different countries in Moscow

The International Business Tourism Congress Meet Global MICE Congress will be held in Moscow on December 17 and 18. This major event will be held in the capital for the third time, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

The forum will be attended by Russian and foreign experts in the field of business tourism, representatives of relevant companies and departments. The congress will be dedicated to the MICE industry related to the organization and holding of business events.

"15 business sessions are planned. They will address key issues for the development of the industry, from interstate cooperation to the use of modern technologies and promotion in new markets," Sergunina said.

The main topic of the first day will be interaction with government institutions from different countries and cities. During the second day, issues related to business partnerships and industry initiatives will be discussed.

The congress will include intensive training sessions and expert presentations in the open microphone format. Experts will share best practices and successful cases with the audience.

For the first time, an exhibition space will be organized at the event. Entrepreneurs from different countries will be able to present their projects and conduct business negotiations here. Separate stands will be dedicated to the Moscow Tea Party Festival and the Made in Moscow project.

Traditionally, a cultural program will be prepared for the participants.

In 2024, the event brought together more than 1.3 thousand representatives of the business tourism industry from Russia and 16 other countries, including Brazil, India and China.
