Analysts have named the cost of the most expensive studio in Moscow
The most expensive studio in Moscow costs 139.3 million rubles, or 2.77 million rubles per square meter. Such data is provided by Whitewill analysts, who were reviewed by Izvestia on June 25.
According to the analysts' research, the lot is presented in a deluxe class project located 300 m from the Kremlin. Studio area of 50 sq. m. The apartment on the second floor is offered without finishing.
"The main audience of such lots are customers who need the so—called jacket option: for periodic stops in the city, business trips, as an alternative to a five-star hotel. Such apartments are bought by people living outside the city or abroad, who find it convenient to stay in Moscow from time to time," added Ekaterina Levina, Whitewill's top broker.
The second place in terms of cost is occupied by a studio with an area of 48 sq. m. m with a price of 131.4 million rubles. The third most expensive studio is on an area of 50 sq. m. It will cost almost 130 million rubles. Both objects are located in the same location.
The fourth place is occupied by a lot in the Moscow clubhouse — an uncomplicated studio with an area of 48 square meters is offered for 79.97 million rubles (about 1.68 million rubles per square meter). The building was built in 1877 with two front facades and a long shopping gallery with a dome.
The fifth place in the rating is occupied by a studio in a deluxe-class residential complex located at the intersection of the Garden Ring and Tverskaya Street. A finished lot with an area of 23 square meters on the ninth floor is offered for 69.47 million rubles, or 2.97 million rubles per square meter.
