Popular destinations for buying suburban real estate in Moscow are named
Over the past few years, country houses have finally transformed from objects exclusively for recreation into places of full-fledged year-round living. A house with an adjacent territory has become especially relevant for residents of megacities, and the trend only continues to gain momentum, Ashot Sarkisov, CEO of Atera Group, told Izvestia on June 24.
"The most popular suburban destinations at the moment are Rublyovo-Uspenskoe, Novorizhskoye, Minskoye, Kievskoye and Kaluzhskoye highways. After the opening of Bagration Avenue, when the toll road was extended to Moscow City, migration to Rublevskoye Highway became clearly noticeable," Sarkisov notes.
Another important aspect is a clean environment. Over the past few years, consumers have been paying special attention to the environmental component, and demand for land near forests has been growing. Odintsovo district fits these requirements — there have never been industrial enterprises here, and it is located near Moscow.
According to him, there are no unimportant details for the client in the elite segment, and he immerses himself in all aspects — from the security system to garbage sorting. Future residents of rural areas carefully study the location, its architecture and the level of ecology of the place where they plan to live.
"A country village should be the place where not only you, but also your loved ones want to return. The combination of urban functionality and rural seclusion is the formula for an ideal cottage village," concluded Sarkisov.
Earlier, on May 16, it was reported that one in five Russians would like to put up a cottage for sale in order to buy an apartment in the capital. At the same time, one in three (33%) estimates their suburban real estate in the amount of 6 million to 10 million rubles, according to the results of a study by Level Group.
