In the Moscow region, 223 people were relocated from emergency housing last week. The regional Ministry of the Construction complex announced this on Monday, June 23.

"223 people from 75 residential buildings have been resettled from the emergency housing stock. Citizens have been provided with living quarters in new buildings, and the purchase price has been paid," the report says.

The total area of the resettled apartments was 2785.28 sq. m. They were located in 12 urban districts of the Moscow region.

Meanwhile, in the village of Tugolesky Bor in Shatura, the construction of a new five-storey building was completed, intended for the relocation of residents of the house on Oktyabrskaya Street, 11a. The new building has already received a permit for commissioning.

In addition, according to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, construction of a house has begun in Zaraysk, the apartments in which will be intended for displaced persons from the emergency housing fund. 140 people will move into it.

Earlier in June, it was reported that two more apartment buildings, previously recognized as emergency, were demolished in Noginsk near Moscow. The residents were resettled under the regional state program "Resettlement of citizens from an emergency housing fund in the Moscow region for 2019-2025."
