Repairs at kindergarten No. 5 in Velikiye Luki will be completed by winter

In Velikiye Luki (Pskov region), they plan to complete the overhaul of kindergarten No. 5 by the end of November. This was reported to the Pskov news feed by the city's education department.

As of June 23, floors, doors, plumbing, tiles, plumbing and communication networks, and radiators have already been dismantled in the building. The contractor is currently cleaning the walls and ceilings of old paint.

The renovation project provides for the replacement of engineering systems, windows and doors, as well as the renovation of the food hall, bedrooms, group and administrative premises. It is planned to complete the work and hand over the facility by November 30, 2025.

According to the publication, the kindergarten is being renovated under the national project "Family".

Earlier it was reported that Velikiye Luki plans to renovate Vokzalnaya Street by August 2025. In the section from Gagarin Avenue to Grazhdanskaya Street, the contractor will update the asphalt pavement and perform a number of other repairs.
