The driver of the Gazelle was killed in a collision with a truck on the M-4 Don

In the Stanovlyansky district of the Lipetsk region, a Gazelle driver was killed in a collision with a truck. This was announced by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region on Monday, June 23.

The accident occurred last Friday, June 20, on the federal highway M-4 "Don". A Gazelle driven by a 28-year-old driver and a Mercedes-Benz truck driven by a 56-year-old man collided.

As a result of the accident, the GAZ driver received various injuries, from which he died at the scene. The driver of the heavy truck was also injured, he was taken to the hospital, says GOROD48.

The circumstances of the fatal car collision are being established.

On June 15, in the Voronezh Region, on the 717th km of the Don highway, a 50-year-old minivan driver drove off the road in the rain and crashed into a metal support of a video recording device. Two of his sons, born in 2011 and 2016, were killed in the accident, and another passenger was hospitalized with injuries.
