The forecaster predicted a cold snap in the capital region on the night of June 24.


The air temperature will drop to +5 degrees in the capital region next night. This was announced by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand on Monday, June 23.
"It is expected from +7 to +9 degrees in the capital tonight, and up to +5 degrees in the region. Tomorrow afternoon, the temperature will rise to +23 degrees, but the average daily temperature will still be below normal, as the night is cold, and in the afternoon it will rain and wind up to 15 m/s," he told the Moscow city News agency.
The forecaster noted that cloudy weather and short—term rains of up to +20 degrees are expected on June 25 and 26. From June 27 to June 29, it will be cloudy with clarifications, light rain in places, night temperature — from +9 to +13 degrees, in the afternoon — from +15 to +20 degrees, writes "Moscow 24".
Vilfand added that the water temperature in the capital's reservoirs is cool, about +17 degrees, according to the website. kp.ru .
Earlier in the day, Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading expert at Meteonosti, told Izvestia that the weather in Moscow would remain cool and rainy this week.
In the coming days, the temperature will drop by 1-1.5 degrees below the climatic norm: at night, the thermometer will show +10...+12 degrees, during the day — +20 ...+22 degrees. However, due to gusty winds up to 12-14 m/s, there will be no comfortable warmth.
In turn, Alexander Ilyin, a forecaster at the Meteo prognostic center, told RT that significant warming in the capital should not be expected, and the rains will continue.
