Ben Gurion Airport in Israel to resume operations with restrictions

Ben Gurion Airport in Israel will resume receiving and departing international flights from June 23 after shutting down operations due to the country's conflict with Iran. This was announced on June 23 by the Airports Authority of the Jewish State.
"The Israel Airports Authority announces the next stage of Operation Safe Return: starting on Monday, both incoming and outgoing flights will resume at Ben Gurion Airport, which will be a significant step towards the gradual restoration of regular international travel," the agency said in a statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
It is specified that the operation of the airport will be carried out with some restrictions. Departures will be operated exclusively from Terminal 3. Each departing flight will carry a maximum of 50 passengers in accordance with updated safety and health protocols.
Earlier that day, The Times of Israel reported on the organization of flights for foreigners wishing to leave Israel. The newspaper writes that the airlines will carry out 24 repatriation flights with a limit of 50 passengers.
