As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported on the Telegram channel on Sunday, June 22, about 4.5 million applications have been processed during this time, Moscow 24 clarifies.

According to the mayor, the automation of the system has made it possible to shorten the decision-making time: statements from the portal mos.ru they get to the specialists in a matter of minutes, and the confirmation comes to your personal account almost immediately after processing.

"We continue to develop a system of smart and flexible support so that help reaches Muscovites accurately and on time," Sobyanin said.

Currently, the Treasury is processing about 10,000 requests per day, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
