In the Troitskiy and Novomoskovskiy districts of Moscow, the construction of more than 200 thousand square meters of real estate has been completed as part of large-scale investment projects. This was announced on Sunday, June 22, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.

Educational, sports and industrial facilities have been built on plots with a total area of almost 28 hectares.

"The MAP is an opportunity to get a site for projects that develop infrastructure and create jobs," said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

As part of the program, a modern industrial technopark with an area of 16.7 thousand square meters and a robotic plant for the production of modular structures appeared in Vnukovo, writes NSN. According to Deputy Mayor Maxim Liksutov, the projects enhance the industrial potential of the capital, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

According to Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Property, the first stage of the plant has already been completed at the enterprise, the second is being prepared, and it is also planned to launch the production of facades. A school for 1,1 thousand students and the Irina Viner Sports and educational center, which hosts regional and federal level competitions, have also opened in Kommunarka.
