Kravtsov called for the liberation of the Kursk region from the Ukrainian Armed Forces to be included in history textbooks

The liberation of the Kursk region from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) should be included in history textbooks as soon as possible. This was announced on June 22 by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov.

"This event, in my opinion, should appear in the new edition of the history textbook as soon as possible," he said on the Rossiya 1 TV channel.

Kravtsov noted that the liberation of the Kursk region is a significant event and highlights the valor of the Russian military.

Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that previous history textbooks lacked reliable information about the events of the Great Patriotic War. The Russian leader also called it important to preserve national memory and the continuity of generations in new history textbooks.
