Rubio announced Iran's rejection of US nuclear program proposals

Iran has rejected U.S. proposals to resolve disputes over the country's nuclear program. This was announced on Sunday, June 22, by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in an interview with Fox News channel.
"This is the only choice that the Iranian regime has left us, because they are playing too many games. They use diplomacy to hide and confuse, and they think they can buy themselves time," Rubio said in an interview published on the channel's website.
The Secretary of State stressed that the United States is not working on a change of power in Iran, but is seeking to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons. He said that the United States is ready to resume dialogue on Iran's peaceful nuclear program from Monday.
Rubio also questioned Iran's space program. According to him, the Islamic Republic is developing rocket science to create weapons, not to explore space.
Earlier in the day, American Vice President Jay D. Vance said that the United States intends to work in the coming years to completely dismantle Iran's nuclear program. According to him, Washington is ready to develop peaceful relations with Tehran if the Islamic Republic abandons its nuclear projects.
On June 22, US President Donald Trump announced that the US attack was aimed at three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan. According to Trump, the operation was successful. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that American strikes could change history.
