Deputy Mayor Sergunina spoke about the demand for the Moskino film Park
During the work of the Moskino Film Park, more than 120 projects of various formats have already been shot there. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.
"These are 63 TV series, 33 full—length films and 27 short films, clips and commercials," Sergunina said, noting that "the film park is popular with the professional community."
Moskino continues to develop the infrastructure for filming. Today, 24 full-scale sites and four pavilions are available to domestic and foreign industry representatives, the vice mayor recalled. The most popular locations were the "Center of Moscow", "Vitebsk Railway Station" and "Yurovo Airport".
This year alone, six full-scale sets were opened in the film park. One of them, the Brest Fortress, was built to work on the painting "Not listed." Thanks to archival drawings and photographs, it was possible to recreate the Church of St. Casimir, destroyed in Brest at the beginning of World War II, as well as a number of other objects.
Another location, Prince Andrew's Chambers, allows you to show the rare architecture of the 12th century with carved columns and painted temples. There, in particular, they filmed the TV series "Prince Andrew", which tells about the life of Yuri Dolgoruky's son. Since the beginning of the year, the Moskino Film Commission has accepted more than a thousand applications for filming in the capital. Every fourth application concerns the on-site sites of the film park.
