Explosions were reported in Iran in the satellite city of the Bushehr NPP

A series of explosions sounded in the city of Bushehr, where the nuclear power plant of the same name (NPP), operating in partnership with Iran and Russia, is located. This was reported by the Nour News agency on June 22.

"A few minutes ago, explosions sounded in Bushehr," the newspaper wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is also specified that the Iranian air defense forces were involved in Damavand, Tehran, Yazd and Tabriz.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on June 20 that American leader Donald Trump had promised to support Russia's demands to ensure the safety of Russian employees at the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran. Putin stressed that he was concerned about the situation around Iran's nuclear facilities.
