Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to China will last four days. This was announced by presidential aide Yuri Ushakov to VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin.

"There are several events there. <...> This happens very rarely. Now, obviously, it will be, because the SCO summit is there, and together we will celebrate the end of World War II and the victory over militaristic Japan," Ushakov said in an interview fragment published on the journalist's Telegram channel on June 22.

The presidential aide indicated that the commemorative events would be followed by a one-day official visit, totaling several days.

On May 11, Putin confirmed that he would visit China in September, and this trip will be a response to Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow for commemorative events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
