Dodik spoke about threatening letters due to relations with Russia

President of Republika Srpska (an entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina) Milorad Dodik receives threatening letters addressed to him because of contacts with Russia. The politician himself told about it on June 22.
"I feel completely safe in Republika Srpska. But, of course, I get various emails. Many attacks and similar threats are directed through social networks by Bosniaks, the so—called Bosnian Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina," Dodik said in an interview with TASS.
According to him, they are "not only against the Serbs, they are also against the Russians." In addition, they support NATO.
"Therefore, every contact we have with the Russian side literally infuriates them," he said.
Dodik pointed out that good contacts with Russia, including directly with President Vladimir Putin, put the Bosniaks in constant tension, which provokes protests against the Republika Srpska authorities.
On June 20, Dodik spoke about the obstacles of the West when traveling to the St. Petersburg Economic Forum (SPIEF). According to him, all politicians are condemned by the West when they visit this event.
