Iran has not recorded an increase in radiation levels outside of Iran's nuclear facilities amid U.S. strikes. This was announced on June 22 by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the social network X (formerly. Twitter).

"As a result of the attacks on three nuclear facilities in Iran, including Fordo, the IAEA confirms that at the moment there has been no increase in radiation levels outside these facilities," the organization said in a statement.

The IAEA clarified that it will provide additional assessments of the situation as new information becomes available.

The attack on three nuclear facilities became known on June 21. US President Donald Trump announced that the attack was aimed at three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan. According to Trump, the operation was successful. Later, Reuters reported that the American side used B-2 bombers in the strikes. Fox News channel journalist Sean Hannity reported on June 22 that the United States dropped up to six bunker bombs on the Iranian Fordo and fired up to 30 Tomahawk missiles at Isfahan and Natanz.
