Russian servicemen honored the memory of the heroes at the Candle of Memory action, which takes place at the main temple of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Patriot Park in the Moscow Region. The footage of the event on June 22 is published by Izvestia.

"I believe that every person and every serviceman should remember this day, honor the memory of heroes and pass it on from generation to generation," said Maxim Misyurev, a soldier of the 1st separate infantry regiment of Semenovsky.

The event is held in the central military-patriotic Cultural Park near the main temple of the Russian Armed Forces. Young servicemen and activists gathered around him, many of whom have been coming here for years to honor the memory of the Heroes of the Fatherland.
