1,060 agreements totaling 6.3 trillion rubles were signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2025. Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of Russia and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee, announced this at the final press conference on June 21.
"According to the results of the forum, 1,060 agreements totaling 6.3 trillion rubles have been signed so far before this press conference. Naturally, we are only talking about what is not a trade secret," he said.
The forum brought together delegations from 144 countries, including Russia's allies and opponents. At the same time, the atmosphere was filled with optimism about establishing business relations.
The SPIEF program included over 350 events, the main event was a concert on the Palace Square "Petersburg Seasons", which took place on June 20 with the participation of Italian and Russian artists and gathered more than 60 thousand people. In terms of the number of participants and the level of representation, the event confirmed its status as a sustainable platform for global dialogue.
"I am confident that such events will help restart cooperation both in the economy and in international relations," Kobyakov said.
Earlier, on June 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin called communication with partners and signing a large number of agreements with them the main goals of the SPIEF. Then he stressed that the forum is becoming more popular every year, as more and more partners come to it.
