The animation products of the National Media Group (NMG) remain the most in-demand content on the global market. Anastasia Korchagina, CEO of Art Pictures Distribution, announced this on June 21 at the session "Exporting Audiovisual content. Strategies of International Cooperation" within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

"The most in—demand content, as always, has remained and remains animation. <...> "Three Cats" and the "Tsarevna" project have been sold to more than 150 countries," she said.

According to her, an agreement has recently been reached on the sale of NMG animation products to European countries. As the CEO of Art Pictures Distribution noted, the demand for fairy tale adaptations has grown in the world.

Korchagina stressed that NMG is focused on content sales to China, with which an agreement has been reached on the joint production of media products. Also, according to her, the National Media Group will soon make a full-length film together with Saudi Arabia. She noted the demand for NMG products, in particular films, in Latin America.

On June 18, Dmitry Pashutin, Director of Strategy at the National Media Group (NMG), said at SPIEF that the Russian media industry had coped well with the departure of foreign companies and was continuing to develop in all segments. According to him, the Russian media industry has seen an increase in the production of original content after the departure of foreign companies.
