People's Artist of Russia Valentina Talyzina was a complex person in terms of emotions and always told the truth. People's Artist of Russia, director Andrey Zhitinkin, told Izvestia about this on June 21.

"She could say some difficult things to her face, but she never lied. She has a unique soul, because if she loved someone, it was for life. If you haven't accepted something, then it's also for life. And, of course, she understood everything about humor. And she was also a very devoted friend," admitted Zhitinkin.

According to the director, at the age of 90, Talyzina maintained a good mood, irony and ambition, and the audience at the performances greeted her standing up.

"She will remain in our hearts forever, because her roles are unique, her paradoxical humor, her charm — they will not disappear," concluded the artist.

Talyzina died on June 21. She played more than 40 central and main roles in the Mossovet Theater and performed about 100 film roles. The actress is known for the films "Irony of Fate, or With a light steam!", "Zigzag luck", "Old Robbers", "Athos" and other works.
